Qualifications

• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant.
• Willingness to assist Leasing team with showing apartments and resident services.
• Experience with property software like RealPage/Knock/Onesite is preferred.
• Ability to manage financial records securely and deposit receipts daily.
• Includes responsibilities for resident events and retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support residents and manage daily property operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and deposits.
• Assist Leasing team with showing apartments and resident services.
• Participate in resident retention efforts and community events.
• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences.
