Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager to support residents and manage daily operations at our Midland, TX properties. You will help with leasing, maintain accurate financial records, and foster a collaborative environment across teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of onsite apartment community experience, proficiency with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software, and strong customer-service skills. Full-time schedule with occasional after-hours events and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Personable, reliable and organized team member with strong customer-service focus.
• Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM and occasional after-hours events.
• Experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager (onsite 2–3 years).
• Familiarity with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential resident files and secure monetary deposits.
• Assist leasing team with showing apartments and resident services.
• Support resident retention efforts and community events.
• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences.
• Oversee rental collection and daily deposits; report liabilities as needed.
• Stay informed about market trends affecting occupancy and income.
