Job summary

ParkLand Ventures, Inc. in Perry, MI is seeking a Full-Time Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team. You will respond to resident inquiries, process payments, show homes, and prepare lease documents while delivering exceptional living experiences.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, with strong communication and computer skills; ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain community rules; pre-employment drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and disciplined.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to follow directions well.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft products.
• Bending, kneeling, stretching, squatting, walking, and lifting up to fifteen (15) pounds, and lifting over fifteen (15) pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints.
• Receive and enter payments into our property management system as well as other administrative duties.
• Work with prospects and applicants through residency application process to include showing of homes, submitting applications, and executing lease documents.
• Make outbound prospect calls and track prospects in our property management system.
• Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations.
