Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking an Associate General Manager at Ala Moana Center (H) in Honolulu. You will support the Sr. General Manager to meet property metrics, lead the property team, and develop partnerships while relocating as needed over 9–24 months.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of property management experience, and strong communication. Expect on-site work with exposure to capital planning, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of property management experience preferred; shopping center industry experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Effective writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a clean, well-maintained property providing guests with a positive shopping experience.
• Work with the (Sr) General Manager on multi-year capital and operating plans.
• Monitor key metrics: NOI, cash flow, occupancy, sales, and financing.
• Develop the property team and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support sustainability and safety programs and engage with corporate departments.
