This role supports the Sr General Manager to achieve property metrics, lead the property team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety and health standards.

The position prepares you to become a General Manager at a future property within 9 to 24 months, with potential relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective writing and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with property financials and NOI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Operate a clean, well-maintained property delivering a superior guest experience.
• Assist with multi-year capital and operating expense plans.
• Track key metrics: net operating income, cash flow, occupancy, and sales.
• Develop talent within the property team and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Finance, Marketing, HR to meet objectives.
