Competenze

• Admitted Attorney or Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.
• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in property law.
• Solid knowledge of SA property law (Deeds Registries Act, Sectional Titles Act).
• Proficiency with conveyancing software.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files.
