• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines; work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of conveyancing, including property transfers, bond registrations, and cancellations.
• Draft and review property-related legal documents, such as sale agreements, leases, and sectional title schemes.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on property transactions.
• Advise clients on property development, zoning, and land use regulations.
• Represent clients in property-related disputes and litigation.
• Manage client communication and provide regular updates on transaction progress.
