Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related discipline.
• Nine years of inventory and property control experience.
• Experience with NIH procurement and IT admin systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for physical inventory, purchasing, and acquisition.
• Support licensing and maintenance agreement administration and warranty logging.
• Document technical items for diverse audiences in clear terms.
• Input technical data into charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.
• Set up and format spreadsheets; gather, analyze information; prepare documents.
• Develop and maintain administrative databases.
• Coordinate printing and conversion of paper documents to electronic form.
