Job summary

U.S.VETS is seeking a Property & Income Coordinator at the Kapolei site to oversee facility operations, housing support services, and landlord coordination. The role reports to the Program Manager and ensures housing quality standards across project-based and scattered-site units.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree, 5+ years of facility management experience, and at least 2 years of supervisory work in social services, with strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree required by Education Level
• Minimum 5 years of Facility Management experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in social services
• Proven ability to manage facility, income and housing support services effectively

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a therapeutic milieu aligned with U.S.VETS’ Mission and Philosophy
• Supervise Facility Maintenance, Income & Benefit, Housing, and Veteran Support Specialists
• Oversee HQS compliance and safety standards for all housing units
• Coordinate with landlords and management for lease ends, renewals and repairs
• Prepare reports and maintain housing placement records and budgets
