Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and presentation of vacant homes, leasing offices, and amenities at our Jackson, FL properties. You will ensure market-ready spaces and support make-ready tasks as directed by the service and community managers.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a Monday-Friday schedule and possible weekends based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a School or GED.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Strong organization and customer service mindset are essential.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity required.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common areas daily.
• Keeps vacant apartments and show units market-ready.
• Assists in make-ready per supervisor’s request.
• Reports hazards to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and reorders as needed.
