Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, and common areas at our Jacksonville-area property. You will help ensure spaces are welcoming and market-ready for residents and visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. Leasing experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Strong computer skills with basic MS Office knowledge.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and a desire to excel in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities, and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant homes and show units are refreshed to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Community Manager.
• Informs supervisor of any hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when reorders are necessary.
