Capital Square Living is seeking a Housekeeper who will be the primary contact for prospective residents and ensure a welcoming environment at our properties. You will maintain cleanliness of vacant homes, the leasing office, and amenities to maximize market-ready appeal.

The role requires strong organizational skills, customer service mindset, and basic MS Office/Yardi experience. Onsite work with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous leasing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Yardi Voyager experience a plus.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• A positive, motivating, and team-oriented attitude.
• A desire to exceed in a very competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities, and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
• Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and informs the appropriate supervisor when a reorder is necessary.

WORK HOURS

Will normally work a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends; hours may vary to meet the business needs of the property.

WORK LOCATION

Onsite at our property. Team members work in an office environment but also may have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
