Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Leander, Texas, seeks a dedicated maintenance/housekeeping associate to uphold cleanliness and presentation across vacant apartments, the leasing office, clubhouse, and amenities. You will perform daily cleaning duties, refresh show units, and assist in the make-ready process to ensure market-ready properties.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, reporting hazards, and keeping cleaning supplies stocked.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily.
• Ensures vacant apartments and show units are fresh and market-ready throughout the day.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as directed by supervision.
• Reports hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies when re-orders are needed.
