Job summary

Greystar is seeking a janitorial associate to maintain cleanliness of the leasing office, clubhouse, model homes, amenities, and vacant apartments to keep property appeal market-ready.

You will perform daily cleaning, restock supplies, assist in make-ready tasks, and report hazards. A valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property is required; the schedule may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this onsite role.

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model(s), amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Maintains market-ready appeal by ensuring vacant homes and show units are refreshed throughout the day.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as requested by the Service/Community/Assistant Manager.
• Alerts supervisors to hazards or dangerous conditions affecting residents or staff.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies when re-orders are needed.
