Ashford Management Group LLC is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain exterior and common areas at our Houston property. You will perform daily cleaning of offices, clubhouse, laundry rooms, and model units, assist with turnovers, and support the maintenance team as needed.

Professional conduct and safety awareness are essential in this role. This position requires flexibility, ability to lift 20-50 lbs, and occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 6 months of housekeeping experience in a commercial or residential setting.
• Flexibility with work schedule, including extended hours and occasional weekends.
• Willing to travel to other Ashford Communities as needed.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and observe safety protocols.
• Team player with strong work ethic and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property in attractive, comfortable condition.
• Perform daily cleaning of offices, clubhouse, kitchens, models, and show units.
• Clean laundry rooms and common areas daily.
• Assist in turnovers and make-readies of vacant units.
• Notify maintenance of issues and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with resident events as needed.
