• Related experience or training in housekeeping duties.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong communication with supervisor and coworkers.
• Detail oriented with good time management and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites.
• Prepare make-ready units within 3–5 business days, cleaning all surfaces and fixtures.
• Monitor and request supplies, perform daily inspections and touch-ups.
• Adhere to Fair Housing requirements and collaborate with Property Manager.
