Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior spaces, amenities, and curb appeal of the community. You will perform lawn care, litter removal, and minor repairs as directed to keep the property attractive and functional.

You will work with the on-site team to keep common areas neat, respond to resident inquiries, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across all property areas. This role requires physical endurance and a valid driver’s license; some sites may require

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to read safety labels and site policies.
• Basic math skills for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and maintains grounds, removes litter and debris.
• Removes trash from vacant areas and cleans storage spaces.
• Performs minor repairs and supports make-ready work as directed.
• Ensures locks and gates are functional and safe.
• Distributes notices and communicates with residents as needed.
• Notifies supervisors of hazards affecting residents or staff.
• Delivers courteous customer service and handles resident inquiries.
• Follows safety policies and attends required training.
• Maintains attendance and meets physical demands of the role.
• Operates within the property’s safety guidelines and procedures.
