hppmliving seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper for All Full Time opportunities in the Dakota, Victoria, TX. You will maintain outdoor areas and assist the maintenance team to ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include trash pickup, lawn and pool area maintenance, routine cleaning, managing supplies, and coordinating with supervisors. A high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are preferred; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of porter or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Able to operate basic maintenance tools.

Responsabilités

• Picks up trash on the property and common areas.
• Keeps dumpster area clean and orderly.
• Uses power blower and pressure washer for exterior cleaning.
• Maintains flowerbeds, lawns, pool area; snow removal.
• Inspects buildings/grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Communicates status and issues to supervisor.
• Schedules, monitors and performs work orders; maintains supplies.
• May travel as needed.
