Rainey Property Management in Lake Worth Beach, FL is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the property's exterior, common areas, and overall curb appeal. You will support the maintenance team by ensuring residents, guests, and staff experience a clean and welcoming environment every day.

Responsibilities include grounds and common area maintenance, minor repairs to gates and light fixtures, safety reporting, and assisting with cleaning vacant units as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of groundskeeping or exterior maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior property areas including sidewalks, entryways, parking lots, and amenities.
• Perform minor repairs to gates, fences, and light fixtures as directed.
• Report safety concerns and hazardous conditions immediately.
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Assist with cleaning and prepping vacant units when needed.
