Job summary

Rainey Property Management is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to join our on-site maintenance team at Lake Worth Beach, FL. The role focuses on maintaining the property's exterior, common areas, and safety while supporting the maintenance staff to keep residents and staff in a clean, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate shows pride in their work, can operate with minimal supervision, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of groundskeeping or exterior maintenance experience (preferably in multifamily housing).

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior property areas, sidewalks, entryways, parking lots, dumpster enclosures, grassy areas, and community amenities.
• Perform minor exterior repairs such as gates, fences, light fixtures, and walkways as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with maintenance projects, vendor coordination, and restocking of supplies.
