Job summary

IDP Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of our property in West Palm Beach, FL. The role requires regular walking of the property, including stairs, and the ability to lift heavy items as part of routine maintenance.

The position operates 25–30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with duties assigned by the Property Manager. The successful candidate will assist with make-readies, light maintenance, and general upkeep while

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk the property regularly, including stairs.
• Must be physically able to lift 80–100 lbs.
• Willingness to follow directions and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and appearance of the property.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways; manage trash and litter daily.
• Assist with make-readies, including trash, caulking, appliances, and safety checks.
• Replace air filters and inspect vacants; assist service staff as needed.
• Attend instructional classes and follow property policies.
