Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Porter II/Groundskeeper in Miami Lakes, FL to keep outdoor spaces clean and welcoming for residents and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning, painting, debris removal, and following work orders from the leasing office.

The role requires basic communication, ability to work outdoors, and reliable operation of equipment such as pressure washers and blowers; a Florida driver’s license is needed to operate the company van.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cleaning or groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work outdoors constantly and safely.
• Must be alert, energetic and able to communicate well.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and organize work.

Responsibilities

• Pressure clean breezeways, hallways, and catwalks as directed.
• Maintain grounds free of debris and blow leaves.
• Paint patios, hallways, breezeways and catwalks as needed.
• Assist with completing work orders from leasing staff.
• Operate pressure cleaners, blowers and painting tools; drive company van safely.
