Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper in Greenville to maintain the property, assist with make-ready tasks, and support resident safety and cleanliness. The role involves varied tasks across maintenance and grounds, with a focus on keeping the community neat and safe.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a paid Biweekly pay schedule. The position is part-time, with 20-25 hours per week, and payable at $20.00 per hour, non-exempt under FLSA.

Responsibilities

• Checks and replaces exterior lighting and maintains safety precautions.
• Performs trash-out duties and cleans common areas daily.
• Repairs and replaces windows, screens, and doors as directed.
• Assists with make-ready tasks and interior/exterior painting as needed.
• Communicates with residents and management to address issues.
