Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Woodbriar, SC. The role offers 20–25 hours per week at $20.00 per hour and is non-exempt under FLSA. The candidate will perform preventive maintenance and daily property duties at the community.

Responsibilities include exterior lighting checks, safety compliance, trash-out duties, painting, minor repairs, and assisting with make-ready tasks. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Checks and replaces exterior lighting on a regular basis.
• Performs trash-out duties at vacated apartments daily.
• Repairs and replaces windows, screens, and sliding doors.
• Performs routine maintenance and assists with make-ready duties.
• Cleans and maintains storage and shop; keeps grounds neat.
• Distributes resident communications and ensures safety.
