Job summary

Renoir Staffing, LLC. is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter/Janitor to help maintain curb appeal and clean, well-kept common areas at property sites in California.

You will work closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete projects and ensure daily upkeep. Responsibilities include cleaning clubhouses and leasing offices, trash removal, power washing, exterior painting of curbs, and debris removal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure curb appeal of the property is clean and tidy daily.
• Daily cleaning of clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas.
• Coordinate with Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete property projects.
• Trash collected and disposed of in appropriate bins.
• Clean trash bin areas and power wash walkways, breezeways, and parking lots.
• Perform outside painting of curbs and walk-ways.
• Remove cobwebs and debris from buildings and breezeways.
