Job summary

Renoir Staffing, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter/Janitor to maintain the curb appeal and cleanliness of property grounds and common areas. You will perform daily clubhouse and leasing office cleaning and support property projects in coordination with the Property Manager or maintenance team.

The role involves outdoor cleaning tasks, trash removal, and assisting in painting and upkeep as needed, contributing to a well-kept property for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property groundskeeping or janitorial work.
• Ability to perform daily cleaning of clubhouse, leasing office and common areas.
• Willingness to coordinate with Property Manager or Maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the curb appeal of the property is clean and tidy each day.
• Daily cleaning of the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas.
• Work closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor/Tech to complete property projects.
• Removes cobwebs and debris from the buildings/breezeways.
