Renoir Staffing, LLC. is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter/Janitor to maintain curb appeal and cleanliness across our properties. The role focuses on daily cleaning of common areas, coordination with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, and outdoor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal of the property daily.
• Clean the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete property projects.
• Remove trash from property and empty bins.
• Clean trash bin area and surrounding spaces.
• Power wash walkways, breezeways, and parking lots.
• Externally paint curbs and walkways.
• Remove cobwebs and debris from buildings and breezeways.
