Job summary

Renoir Staffing, LLC. seeks a Groundskeeper/Porter/Janitor to maintain curb appeal and daily cleanliness across property areas. Responsibilities include cleaning the clubhouse, leasing office and common spaces, trash removal, and outdoor maintenance such as power washing and painting curbs.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete property projects and ensure trash and debris are managed throughout the site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the curb appeal of the property is clean and tidy each day
• Daily cleaning of the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas
• Works closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor/Tech to complete property projects
• Ensures that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
• Cleans up trash bin area
• Power washes walkways, breezeways, and parking lots
• Outside painting of curbs and walk-ways
• Removes cobwebs and debris from the buildings/breezeways
