Job summary

Renoir Staffing, LLC. is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter/Janitor to maintain curb appeal and clean common areas at our properties in Concord, CA. The role supports the Property Manager and Maintenance teams to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities include power washing walkways, cleaning clubhouses, and ensuring trash is collected and bins are emptied, contributing to a safe, well-kept environment for residents and guests.

• Ensure that the curb appeal of the property is clean and tidy each day
• Daily cleaning of the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas
• Works closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor/Tech to complete property projects
• Ensures that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
• Cleans up trash bin area
• Power washes walkways, breezeways, and parking lots
• Outside painting of curbs and walk-ways
• Removes cobwebs and debris from the buildings/breezeways
