Job summary

Renoir Staffing is hiring a Groundskeeper/Porter/Janitor to maintain the curb appeal of our properties and keep common areas clean.

You will clean clubhouse, leasing office, and assist with property projects alongside the Property Manager or Maintenance Technician.

This role supports a busy schedule with on-site duties and requires reliability; sick time, medical benefits, and a 401k plan are available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the curb appeal of the property is clean and tidy each day
• Daily cleaning of the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas
• Works closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor/Tech to complete property projects
• Ensures that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
• Cleans up trash bin area
• Power washes walkways, breezeways, and parking lots
• Outside painting of curbs and walk-ways
• Removes cobwebs and debris from the buildings/breezeways
