Fogelman Properties is seeking a detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join the Harbor Side at Conwood Flats team in the Memphis area. The role focuses on maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities, with a biweekly payday and potential quarterly bonus.

Responsibilities include cleaning exterior spaces, removing litter, light maintenance, and supporting the maintenance team. A valid driver's license is required and care for safety and Fair Housing policies is expected.

Qualifications

• One year of groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license (and automobile insurance) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Clean office and amenity areas; remove trash in common spaces.
• Operate and maintain trash compactor and surrounding area; pressure wash exteriors.
• Perform minor maintenance and assist with turnover of make-ready apartments.
• Weekend work may be required; follow safety and Fair Housing policies.
