Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Ridgewood Manor community in Manheim, PA. You will perform maintenance on homes and common areas, handle work orders, and ensure grounds are manicured and well-maintained.

The role requires coordinating with the Community Manager and performing seasonal tasks on a 40-hour workweek. A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience is preferred, with a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and a good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain grounds, remove garbage, and perform lawn care and snow removal as needed.
• Assist in refurbishing community-owned homes and maintenance of water/sewer lines.
• Remain available for on-call duties and supervise safety compliance.
