Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Madison Village community in Liverpool, NY. You will perform general grounds and lawn maintenance and basic repairs to homes owned by the community, for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining community areas, and ensuring safety standards are followed. A minimum of 2 years in maintenance and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager timely.
• Promote courtesy and attentiveness when contacting residents and visitors.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with manager approval.
• Maintain grounds, perform lawn care, and trim shrubs as needed.
• Remove garbage and support snow removal when necessary.
