RHP Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Pinewood Estates community in Barnegat, NJ. The role involves general grounds and home maintenance and basic repairs, 40 hours per week, full time.

You will handle work orders, maintain common areas, assist with grounds keeping, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while delivering courteous service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record preferred.
• Knowledge of basic home repairs and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep homes and community areas in good condition.
• Complete work orders promptly and report status to Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds: landscaping, weed control, and seasonal upkeep.
• Handle repairs to homes owned by the community and basic systems.
• Assist with snow removal and safety compliance as required.
• Maintain equipment and materials inventories and safety practices.
