Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform ground maintenance: cutting, mowing, weeding, edging, blowing, planting foliage.
• Handle 24-hour emergency maintenance responsibilities.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Assist with custodial duties and general building maintenance.
