Role Description This full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL and supports the daily upkeep of properties managed by Association Services of Florida. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine inspections, address service requests, and carry out preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, completing repairs, coordinating with vendors when needed, and ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate maintenance records, responding to urgent repair needs, and communicating clearly with residents, property managers, and other team members. The technician will help keep the properties clean, safe, and operational, contributing to a positive experience for all community members.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for building systems and property infrastructure.
