Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates in Las Vegas seeks a Porter to maintain the grounds, curb appeal, and overall neat appearance of the community. You will help keep common areas, amenities, and support spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

The role requires physical outdoor work, reliability, and the ability to work weekends. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and contribute to a high standard of resident service in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in varying weather.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & curb appeal: Maintain curb appeal daily, pick up trash, empty cans and pet waste stations, blow sidewalks, clean surfaces, pressure wash common areas.
• Common Areas & Amenities: Clean common areas, stairwells, and amenity spaces; keep pool area guest-ready; maintain inventory in maintenance shop; keep shop organized.
• Maintenance Support: Assist with rent-ready units, help with deliveries and material handling, assist with preventive maintenance projects.
• Safety & Reporting: Conduct daily property walks and report issues; promptly report hazards and equipment malfunctions; contribute to a clean, safe environment for residents and visitors.
