Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of curb appeal and grounds on a daily basis.
• Clean common areas, stairwells, and amenity spaces; ensure pool area is guest-ready.
• Assist with rent-ready units including trash removal and final touch-ups.
• Support maintenance team with deliveries and material handling.
• Report safety hazards and property issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
