Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a Porter to maintain curb appeal and a clean, safe community at Rancho in Las Vegas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, outdoors, and taking pride in tangible results.

You will perform grounds and common area upkeep, assist with light maintenance tasks, and support residents and staff to ensure a welcoming environment across our properties.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial/housekeeping/landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking and standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & curb appeal: maintain cleanliness of the property and tidy dumpster areas.
• Common area upkeep: keep lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas clean and presentable.
• Light maintenance & support: assist with bulb changes, touch-ups, and prepare vacant units.
• Resident support: distribute notices and provide a friendly presence on site.
