Job summary

GHS Development LLC is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep across our residential and commercial properties in Minnesota. You will lead seasonal grounds maintenance, including lawn care and landscape upkeep, and assist with snow and ice removal in winter.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, with hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and more.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in ground and property maintenance or related field.
Experience operating lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Ability to troubleshoot and independently determine repair solutions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficient in using a smartphone/tablet for work orders and documentation.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance work orders for residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot and perform general repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building components.
Lead seasonal grounds maintenance including lawn care and landscape upkeep.
Assist with snow and ice removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks.
Document completed work, including time spent and photos when required.
Travel between multiple company-owned properties during the workday.
Coordinate with maintenance staff, management, vendors, and contractors as needed.
Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in clean, orderly condition.
