Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities, grounds, equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine repairs.
• Plan repair work using blueprints or manuals.
• Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, door repairs.
• Maintain building systems and grounds; operate tools safely.
• Mow, trim, edge, weed, and maintain lawns and landscaping.
• Clear snow and ice and maintain safe access.
• Order supplies for maintenance.
• On-call rotation evenings/weekends/holidays.
