Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and interior and exterior common areas of a property in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes customer service and a professional demeanor to reflect the company’s standards.

Responsibilities include trash-outs assistance, site cleanliness, posting notices, and supporting pool maintenance as needed. The position requires flexibility with hours and potential on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair preferred.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications, if applicable.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• May assist with pool area cleaning and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
