Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Porter for The Northern at Coeur d'Alene Place in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The role covers meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path and parking areas to maximize curb appeal.

Daily tasks include trash removal, preparing market-ready units, exterior cleaning, snow removal, and handling maintenance or life-safety issues. Excellent customer service and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
• Ability to shovel snow and operate snow removal equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and exterior of the property.
• Prepare market-ready units and clean common areas.
• Pressure wash exteriors and sidewalks as needed.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, weather, fires, floods).
• Interact professionally with current and prospective residents to uphold curb appeal and satisfaction.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
