Prodigy Property Management LLC is looking for a dedicated Grounds Keeper in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. As the Grounds Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds, parking areas, and facilities to ensure they remain orderly and presentable.

This Tuesday through Saturday position requires you to handle a variety of tasks including cleaning rooms, polishing floors, and maintaining landscapes. Benefits include basic life, dental, and health insurance, as well as a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain cleanliness in various settings.
• Experience in grounds maintenance or related fields is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy items.
