Job summary

Advanced Management Group in Phoenix is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to assist with grounds upkeep, pool and spa area cleaning, and general community cleanliness. You will support the Lead Maintenance Technician and Property Manager to keep exterior spaces orderly and safe.

This on-site role requires adherence to safety procedures, use of PPE, and daily inspections of amenity areas, trash removal, and light maintenance tasks such as bulb replacements and calendar duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual labor in outdoor settings.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Capable of communicating issues to supervisor promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Maintenance Technician with grounds upkeep and amenity-area cleaning.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Maintain curb appeal by keeping common areas free of clutter.
• Clean pools and hot tubs, measure chemicals, report results.
• Sweep streets, curbs, sidewalks, breezeways; keep areas clear.
• Support Preventative Maintenance calendar duties and resident service requests.
