Job summary

Advanced Management Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a manual labor associate to support the maintenance team on a daily basis. You will assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with grounds upkeep, pool and amenity cleaning, and upkeep of all common areas to maintain curb appeal.

You will follow safety procedures, utilize PPE, and help with preventative maintenance tasks. The role includes trash-outs, make-ready cleaning of apartments, and reporting hazardous conditions as you walk the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Attention to maintaining clean, clutter-free common areas.
• Ability to assist with preventative maintenance tasks and light repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Maintenance Technician with grounds upkeep and cleaning amenity areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Maintain curb appeal by keeping common areas free of clutter and trash.
• Clean pools and hot tubs, measure chemicals, report results.
• Sweep streets, curbs, sidewalks, breezeways, and steps.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance calendar duties.
• Monitor amenity areas, empty trash, and keep areas clean.
• Ensure pool furniture is aligned and cleaned periodically.
• Detail-clean all lighting and perform light bulb replacements with the Lead Technician.
• Report unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist in trash-outs of apartments after move-outs.
• In make-ready, clean exterior areas of apartment homes.
