Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a General Manager to lead a property team in Orlando, Florida, focusing on occupancy, guest satisfaction and financial performance. You’ll coach staff, manage budgets, and report operational results to ownership groups.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in property management, and proficiency with YARDI and GAAP. A strong leadership presence and client-focused mindset are essential.

• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, owners and vendors.
• Proficiency with property management software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspire sales, marketing and ops teams to hit occupancy targets.
• Manage property financial performance per budget.
• Coach team members to contribute to the big picture.
• Provide timely financial and operational reports to clients/owners.
• Build strong relationships with owners, residents, employees and vendors.
• Differentiate the community in a competitive market with strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with marketing to position community as a premier living destination.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and strong community reviews across channels.
• Support team development and participation in training.
