Job summary

Bozzuto seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations of a residential community in Florida. You’ll model Bozzuto’s standards, drive leasing, collections, and guest satisfaction while mentoring staff and maintaining a polished property appearance.

You’ll partner with the GM, manage tours, retain residents, and ensure team engagement. The role blends leadership, hands-on operations, and the on-site culture that makes Bozzuto unique.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Exposure to rent collection, budgets and accounts receivable.
• Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and creating engaging content.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Competent with industry software (YARDI) and related apps.
• Strong sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and embody Bozzuto's standards and culture.
• Contribute to financial objectives by collecting rent and managing delinquency.
• Achieve occupancy through informative, personalized community tours.
• Enhance resident retention by ensuring positive interactions.
• Maintain impeccable interior/exterior and professional branding.
• Mentor team members when the PM/GM is unavailable.
• Work weekends as needed when prospective residents are active.
