Job summary

InTown Suites in Edmond, OK is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily property operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. The GM will manage staff, front-office functions, and ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with corporate procedures.

The role requires leadership and hands-on supervision, with focus on revenue optimization, cost controls, and local market awareness to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a functioning automobile.
• Read, speak, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff; handle administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire all property staff.
• Training, development and support of property staff.
• Manage office operations: check-in/out, money handling and bookkeeping/payroll.
• Ensure guest service excellence and property upkeep; oversee life/safety issues.
• Maximize financial performance through revenue management and pricing recommendations.
