Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years accounting experience, preferably within financial services, investment management, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and close processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with complex financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support fund accounting and financial reporting activities, including quarter end and year end close processes.
• Review reconciliations, financial schedules, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with investor reporting, cash management activities, capital transactions, and related fund operations.
• Coordinate with auditors, administrators, tax professionals, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing business requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, financial analyses, and special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
